Training

Teams that use AI properly. Not just enthusiastically.

AI literacy

For everyone. What these systems can and cannot do, where they fail, and how to check their output. Ends with each person having automated something from their own week.

  • How language models work, without the maths
  • Writing prompts that hold up
  • Recognising and checking hallucinations
  • What must never be pasted into a public tool

AI for managers

For those who decide. How to judge an AI proposal, what to ask a vendor, how to read a cost estimate, and which projects to stop early.

  • Reading an AI business case
  • Build, buy or wait
  • Governance and risk in practice
  • Measuring what a deployment actually returned

AI Act compliance

For legal, compliance and risk. The obligations that apply to you as a deployer, the deadlines that matter, and the documentation you need to have ready.

  • Risk classification of your systems
  • Provider and deployer obligations
  • The 2026-2028 deadlines
  • Where the AI Act meets the GDPR

How the sessions run

What makes training stick after the room empties.

On your own material

Exercises use your documents and your processes. Generic examples teach the tool; your examples teach the job.

Something automated by the end

Each participant leaves having automated one task from their actual week. That is the difference between interest and adoption.

Split by role, not by seniority

What a finance team needs from AI is not what a marketing team needs. Mixed-role sessions serve neither well.

Coaching afterwards

The questions that matter arrive two weeks later, when someone tries it on real work. Sessions continue past the workshop.

Failure modes taught explicitly

Where these systems are wrong, how to spot it, and what must never be pasted into a public tool. Confidence without judgement is worse than no adoption.

Certification on completion

Assessed before and after, with records exportable for compliance purposes where that matters.

Questions about training

How long does a path take?
A literacy workshop is half a day. A full path for a team, including role-specific sessions and follow-up coaching, typically runs six to eight weeks alongside normal work.
Do people need technical background?
No. The literacy and manager tracks assume none. The advanced track assumes people who will build things, and we say so before anyone enrols.
Can it be delivered remotely?
Yes, and often better: smaller groups, recorded sessions people can revisit, and no travel day. In-person works well for the first session where a team is sceptical.
