Frequently asked questions

How long does an assessment take?
Typically two to three weeks, depending on how many processes are in scope and how quickly we can get to the people who run them.
Do we have to build with you afterwards?
No. The output is yours, including enough detail to take to another vendor. We would rather be chosen on the work than by lock-in.
Will it disrupt the team while you run it?
A few hours per process from the people who run it, spread over two to three weeks. We work around the operation rather than pausing it.
What if we have already decided what to build?
Then the assessment is a check on that decision, which is cheap insurance. Occasionally it confirms the plan; more often it reorders it, and sometimes it finds a better case nobody had proposed.
