Voice AI Agent

It answers the phone. Properly.

A voice agent that handles inbound and outbound calls in natural conversation: books appointments, answers routine questions, updates the CRM, and hands complex situations to a person.

Conversation, not a phone tree

Callers speak normally. The agent interrupts and is interrupted, handles a caller who changes their mind mid-sentence, and does not ask people to press 1.

Knows when to hand over

An angry caller, an edge case, anything outside its scope: it escalates with the context attached, so the person picking up is not starting from nothing.

Writes back to your systems

Bookings land in your calendar, call outcomes in your CRM, follow-ups in your queue. No one retypes anything afterwards.

What you get

  • Available outside office hours without night staffing
  • Cost per handled call down substantially
  • Every call transcribed and searchable
  • Escalation rules you control

Frequently asked questions

Will callers know it is not a person?
Most notice within a few seconds, and we recommend saying so up front - it sets the right expectation and, in several jurisdictions, disclosure is required. What people object to is not the machine; it is being stuck with one that cannot help.
What about accents and background noise?
Both are handled well in practice, though difficult audio is where quality degrades first. We test against recordings of your actual calls before deployment, so you see real performance rather than a demo.
What happens when it does not understand?
It asks once for clarification, then escalates to a human with the conversation so far. It does not loop - looping is what makes automated phone systems infuriating.

Hear it on a real call

We can run it against a scenario from your own call volume during the call itself.
